This is the instant support system.
This tool enables us to remotely assist you with problems that you may have on your system. During support calls you will sometimes be given an Instant Support ticket number which you must input here. This will then setup your laptop for remote assistance and allow us to fix your issues remotely whilst you sit back and relax.

If you do not have a support ticket you will need to contact us first to obtain one. Alternatively you can post your issue in the forums and someone will get back to you ASAP.
